My best pal Linda had asked me to attend a meeting with her and her husband Adrian, to look at yet another business opportunity, I made sure that there was no misunderstanding between us; I was not in any way interested in this opportunity. However I would be more than happy to pull it apart and ask the questions that she may not wish to.

So why did I buy a Maid2Clean Franchise you may ask yourself?
 
We met Elaine Hanrahan of Maid2Clean, and very quickly we understood that Elaine had been working her own Maid2Clean agency for over 13years she fully understood the business inside and out, (seldom do you see the franchisor working the exact same business alongside there franchisees)
 
This proved to me that this was a truly good solid down to earth opportunity. she went on to say that she simply saw franchising his business idea to others as a natural progression and growth of the Maid2Clean brand, she continued with his explanation of her business and how it had supported her and her family further more the business was proving to do just the same for other Maid2Clean franchisees, there was no reason why it should not do the same for us.
 
Ok I thought here comes the big sales pitch, but there wasn’t one, Elaine was more interested and passionate about showing us a successful duplicable system that she had developed over the years that would and does work for anyone that’s prepared to put in the effort.
 
I had to ask the obvious question; So Elaine when would you want our money (Got her, she will have to hit us with his sales pitch now)
 
No she didn’t, her answer came as a bit of a surprise to both of us, she said well guy’s only when you are ready and if you feel that Maid2Clean is the business for you I would be delighted to work with you both, she went on to say if you wish to reserve one of the available territories left that’s fine just let me know.
 
Linda began trading in the North Manchester area on the 5th September 05, I quickly followed and purchased Fylde coast territory and began trading October of the same year, Two years on and there can only be one question, would we do it all again today that’s easy Yes we would.
