Quadrante S.r.l. is a consulting company who is operating since 1992. The Quadrante Consultants are delivering professional services for the launching and developing franchise activities: franchise package construction, operating manuals, corporate identity manual, franchising contract, master franchising contract, search, screening and recruiting of franchisees, information on franchising laws in many countries around the world, participation at national and international franchising shows, globalization of franchise networks, etc.
Quadrante S.r.l. is a Member of the Italian Franchising Association, based in Milan, and, through the IFA Supplier Forum, to the International Franchise Association, Washington D.C.. It is a founding Member of the International Franchise Consultants Network – IFCN and partner of the main companies operating in the Italian franchising industry.
The Consultants of Quadrante S.r.l. are coordinated by Giuseppe Bonani, one of the founders, in 1971, of the Italian Franchising Association. He is Past Chairman of the Italian franchisors body from 1980 to 1990.
Quadrante S.r.l. is producing since 1993 an annual Report on Franchising in Italy: its information is currently used by the Italian franchising community for any reference to the status of the national and international franchise industry.
WHO WE ARE
Quadrante S.r.l. was established in 1992 by current President Mr Giuseppe Bonani in order to assure advice, services and support to companies and entrepreneurs to creating and developing direct and franchised network.
Quadrante know-how, its main strong points and assets of Quadrante are:
· the deep knowledge of the franchising industry, both at the national level and internationally;
· the strong partnerships with companies and organizations to support the Quadrante activities in Italy and abroad;
· the high level consultancy services;
· the training sessions on franchising both to franchisors and to franchisees;
· the data bank built up since 1987 to produce and release of the Franchising Report on the status of franchising industry in Italy;
· the knowledge of the Italian locations both in town centres and shopping malls and commercial areas;

HOW WE WORK
In order to provide assistance and backup of a high professional calibre, Quadrante has on hand internal Consultants and an external team of professionals and/or companies specialised in various fields who can assure the management of every aspect of the undertaking: feasibility studies, franchise packages, marketing & communication, franchise marketing & development, market research, master franchising programs, franchising agreements, coaching and training programmes for franchisees and their sales staff, fitting out sales outlets, research and selection of staff for Franchisors and Franchisees, planning and design of business sites, computer network interconnections, etc.
